How to Manage Your Subscription
All UltraLocked subscriptions are managed securely through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app.
Subscriptions are Managed by Apple
For your security and privacy, UltraLocked does not handle your payment information directly. All subscriptions are processed and managed by the Apple App Store, ensuring your financial details are kept secure.
This means you must use Apple's subscription management tools to make any changes.
How to View or Cancel Your Subscription on iOS
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name/Apple ID at the very top.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Find and tap on the UltraLocked subscription in the list.
- From here, you can choose a different subscription plan or tap "Cancel Subscription" to stop it from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling Your Subscription vs. Deleting Your Data
Cancelling your subscription will not delete your vault data. You will retain access to all premium features until the end of your billing period. After that, you will be unable to add new files (if you are over the free limit), but your existing files will remain securely in your vault until they expire or you delete them.
What Happens When My Subscription Ends?
If your subscription expires, your app will revert to the free tier.
- Your existing files remain safe and encrypted in your vault.
- You will not be able to add new files if you are over the free tier's item limit.
- Premium features like the Secure Camera and Duress Code will be disabled.
