UltraLocked

UltraLocked for iPhone

Some files deserve
a place of their own.

The ID you had to photograph. A confidential PDF. Notes you want to keep to yourself. Put them in a private vault on your iPhone.

No account. No payment details for Starter. No cloud sync.

01

Add it

Select supported files in Photos or Files, tap Share, and choose UltraLocked. Open and unlock your vault to finish importing.

02

Find it

Search file and note titles. Pinch to zoom in on a photo and swipe between photos and videos.

03

Keep a recovery copy

Save an encrypted bundle somewhere you control. Verify that saved file before relying on it.

Built for a smaller, private collection

Start with the files
that matter to you.

Starter holds up to ten items. It uses the same vault encryption as Premium and includes encrypted backup. Upgrade when you need to add more; storage is limited by your device.

Monthly and annual subscription prices are shown by Apple before purchase. Reading and backing up your existing files stay available if you cancel.

Photos, documents, and notes

Capture a photo directly into the vault or bring in a file from another app.

Search stays on your phone

Find files by title without creating a server-side index.

Local encryption

Vault contents stay on-device, protected with Secure Enclave-backed keys.

Backup you can verify

Open every item in a saved encrypted bundle without importing duplicates.

A few things to know before you begin

  • Importing creates a vault copy. It does not remove originals from Photos, Files, messages, or backups.
  • UltraLocked cannot recover lost device-bound keys or a forgotten export passphrase. Keep a verified backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • Vault backups cover selected files and notes, not Crypto Secrets or app settings. Expiration still applies.
  • Apple purchase services and optional web pages use the network. Explicit sharing can send files to another app or provider.
